I am a mom, engineer, dancer, fitness instructor, wellness coach and much more!

I worked in the tech industry for 16 years before deciding to focus on areas I’m passionate about.

I am on a mission to elevate women’s health, wellness and joy.


My Inspiration…

As I navigated my journey of being an engineering leader, building &, taking care of family while living in US without support system for women - I realized that women are playing too many roles and carrying too many responsibilities. And this comes at a price - to the woman’s health and wellness.

On the other hand, as I researched and got trained in women’s health I learnt that the female physiology & hormones are very sensitive to lifestyle, and needs fine tuned care based on age/life stage. If our female hormones are balanced with good lifestyle, diet and habits then the rest of our body can function optimally.

The combination of the above two: needing fine tuned care but too busy for self care - what are the consequences? Poor physical and mental wellbeing, constant battle with weight issues, hormonal symptoms, poor performance, low productivity…to name a few. This realization became the inspiration for my mission to help women elevate their wellness and joy!


My Approach

I help women increase their health by aligning their diet, exercise, habits & lifestyle with their female physiology and natural rhythms.

I combine eastern and western approaches, using cultural considerations and latest research based science.

My Philosophy

I believe that when we increase health, we decrease health-issues.

Our body already knows how to function optimally, we just need to stop getting in its way.

Every woman is unique, & needs a personalized approach to her wellbeing.
